If you’re in a need for time but still want a hearty meal, try my skillet steak and potatoes. In less than twenty minutes, you can have this dish prepared with only a few simple ingredients.
What you need to make potato chips:
Oil from three teaspoons of olives
1 lb. of red or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch wedges
The meat is finished with 1/2 teaspoon of Jewish law salt.
With regard to the sliced hamburger and garlic spread:
Two rib-eye or New York steaks, each about one inch thick, or half a pound of round
flank steak,
Separate into halves
Season one teaspoon of meat with salt according to Jewish law.
