MEAT CAKE

Ingredients:
500g minced meat (you can use beef, pork or a mix of both)
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large carrot, grated
1 red pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 jar of tomato puree (400g)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sheet of shortcrust pastry or puff pastry
