For about 16 cookies
Tempera:
500g flour
225g milk
10g salt
70g sugar
20g yeast
50g butter cut into cubes
250 g DOP Poitou Charente butter cream
Knead all ingredients except butter with a hook for 7 minutes on first speed and 5 minutes on second speed until the dough is crumbly. A
soft and uniform dough should be formed.
