Shrimp with garlic butter sauce
INGREDIENTS:
• 500 grams of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 4 tablespoons of butter
• 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup of white wine (optional)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
• French bread or baguette (to accompany)
