For the frosting:
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 4 cups powdered sugar
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For decoration:
– Blue, purple, and black food coloring
– Edible silver stars
– Mini peanut butter cups
– Chocolate ganache
